Guangzhou icesource customer service department controller draw a conclusion about client's finding problems of ice machines .We carefully analyse and solve problems ,then find causes and maintenances for cube ice machine.Usually ,there are 5 symptoms as flows:
1.Compressor can work ,but doesn't produce ices.
The reason : Cooling fluid leakage or damage to the solenoid valve closed lax .
Maintenance: After the leak trap plus refrigeration fluid or replace the solenoid valve.
2. Can refrigeration compressor has been working , the pump has been pumping work , ever thickening ice , but can not enter the ice off the dewatering process .
Cause: Failure temperature measuring probe , make intelligent temperature control system is not working effectively perceived miscarriage of justice program error , or controller failure .
Maintenance: Water temperature probe with a multimeter to measure the resistance ( in the tank water temperature close to 0 ℃ degrees when unplugged three wire control box , testing both sides of the two lines of resistance ) , such resistance is less than 27K or more, the controller determines that a bad and should be replaced, as a resistance lower than 27K, you need to disconnect any one of the two lines , by way of series resistor way to adjust the resistance of 27K to 28K room.
3.Machine into de -icing procedures ( pump stops working , the compressor stops cooling ) , but the ice does not fall off .
Reason: defrost solenoid valve damage.
Repair : Replace the solenoid valve or external coil.
4. Dry light , but the machine does not automatically water.
Cause: The pipe water, or water solenoid valve is faulty , the valve does not open .
Maintenance: Reboot After checking the water pipes , the anhydrous is open waterways. Inlet valve is faulty , replace .
5.The compressor has been working but the pump does not work ( no running water ) .
Cause: The internal pump damage or pump plug fouling .
Maintenance : Clean or replace the water pump pumps.
