Polyurethane Foam Material Salt Water of Ice Block Machine for Philippine

    The salt water tank of block ice making machine has the function of heat preservation ,whose material is polyurethane foam.The total salt water tank is anti-corrisive .Its design is that the steel thickness of internal surface is 6mm in order to resist the corrosion from salt water. Because the corrosion from outside is relatively small, the steel thickness of external surface is 3mm. In the middle, it is filled with polyurethane foam which has the function of heat preservation and its effect reaches 80mm.

   So how to anti corrision for salt water tank,and there are 3 processes as follows: 

   1.cleaning the steel surface out of greasy dirt, dust and impurity;

   2.using acid to passivate the internal surface of brine tank. At the same time, it cleans the steel surface in a second time (the above two processes make preparation for the third one).

   3.spraying anti-corrosive paint. Based on the above two processes, anti-corrosive paint will adhere to steel surface in a better way. And we spray anti-corrosive paint twice so that anti-corrosive paint is difficult to fall off. So it can ant-corrosion in a long time and lengthen steel’s working life time.
