What are ices(cube ices produced by cube ice machine ,block ices ,tube ices ,flake ices ,plate ices ) used for ?Usually,there are 6 parts.

1.Food preservation . Mainly used to aquatic products and retail industry. 

1) ocean catch . Aquatic products and ices made by ice maker which is put on the catching boat, mix them on the storage tank.

2)long-distance transport. Put both ices and aquatic products in transport container. And ice maker is on the wharf or processing plant.

3)display. Ice maker is put in the supermarket. Mix ices and aquatic products in the display cabinet.

2.Food cool, the food processing industry.

1)slaughter . After animals are killed and cooked , the meat have to be cooled to keep fresh. 

2)process . When sausage and ham and other meat is processing , to prevent growth of bacteria, and to adjust meat temperature producing during tumber and dogmeat , put ices and meat to low the temperature. 

3)agricultural products and vegetable process. The freezed vegetable is early stage of cooled to prevent destroying their fresh through quick freeze.


3. Chemical cooling . Including biology medicine and chemical .

4. Building material cooling .

5.entertainment . You like see ice sculpture ? And skiing field need to make ices .
6. Edible . It is mainly used in the catering industry . The edible ices are widely used in most of casual food and drinking restaurant . Such as, the milk tea shop, hotel, KTV ,wine bar ,fast food restaurant and so on .

What is Compressor and How to Protect it Well


The compressor is a kind of flowing fluid machine that promote low pressure air to the high pressure air. It is the heart of refrigeration ,which it inhals refrigeration air of low temperature and low pressure from air suction pipe, then the valve compresses it by dynamo’ working. It discharges refrigeration air of high temperature and high pressure to exhaust pipe , which provide power for refrigeration calculation , so finish the refrigeration calculation from compression to condensation to inflation to evaporation .


Compressor is the heart of cube ice machine and other ice machines refrigeration system. The compressor protection is of a great importance .Now I will show you some malfunctions of compressor and solve them with you.

It includes two parts .On the one hand , It is the compressor overload that has four cases.

Back to the liquid too much, load compressor, and it heats. I think you should adjust the expansion valve to reduce back to liquid.

1.Compressor temperature control module damaged. Check the compressor is overheating,

2.automatically reset after the motor cooled. Or change compressor temperature module.

3. Less refrigerant oil causes the compressor to heat. To increase the refrigerant oil.

4. Environmental temperature is high, compressor current is too large. Check the overload reason, press FR1 the reset key.

On the other hand ,it is the compressor fault. It includes three big parts. One of them is Crankshaft parts.

1.Connecting rod wear cause space. You can adjust the clearance. If not ok ,you can adjust the expansion to ensure suction the gas refrigerant.

2.Valve or other matters breaking and dropping into the cylinder. Repair and adjust the space.

3 Too much lubricating oil cause oil hit. Remove the matters and repair the breaking parts.

4 Liquid refrigerant cause liquid hit. Check the lubricating oil system to make it get normal, release excess oil.

The second is about Loose parts.

1.Connecting rod bolt and nut are loose. Review and adjust the space.

2.Compressor bottom studs loosed. Tighten the nuts.

3.Oil pump gear wheel weared and loosed. Tighten all the bolts on the bottom studs.

The last one but important one is that Compressor cannot start or start to stop.

1.Power Circuit Fault. Check and repair the electric circuit.

2.Compressor jammed vat closed. Check and repair the jammed part, remove the fault.

3.Temperature control adjust inappropriate. Correctly adjust the temperature controller ,or replace it if necessary.

4.External power has no power. Check it whether disconnect power, and connect power.

5.ZK1、ZK2 power switch tripping. Manual reset.

6.The press of the system control panel button or switch can’t work. Check and change the corresponding button or switch.

      Ultra-low temperature chillers and chiller difference:
      Ultra-low temperature chillers and chiller difference is the ultra-low temperature chillers under the direct expansion refrigeration way down to the water temperature close to 0 ℃, evaporation temperature can reach -10 ℃; rather through direct expansion refrigeration chillers only way the water temperature drops to 7 ℃ evaporating temperature is 2 ℃. This is the most immediate difference.
      Different evaporators, chillers uses a shell and tube or plate evaporator, while the ultra-low temperature chiller uses a plate and tube heat exchanger.
     The difference between these two heat exchangers are: shell and tube evaporator and the inner plate can not be frozen, if the ice can damage the evaporator, and the plate heat exchanger tube does not damage the evaporator freezes, through the cooling system can easily control the ice from the evaporator, while maintaining good energy efficiency.

       It is as follows:

      Taking off ice process, when setting the thickness of the ice thickness, wherein a de-icing solenoid valve opens, and when the solenoid valve is set to close the water supply cycle.
