The ice block machine introduction
The biggest feature of automatic ice block machine is that large-scale ice block no need salt water and other cooling medium during the freezing period. After the ice block formed, it will drop into the special ice contact conveyor from the ice molds automatically, the whole process of ice forming period is very sanitary, clean, it can reach the edible request. The machine adopts the cycle heat gas harvesting ice technology and direct heat expansion, heating exchanging technology. Making the products performance become steadier, it has broken the question of the large-scale can’t eat.
Machine running condition
water temperature 16℃, evaporate temperature -12℃, condensing temperature 40℃, reference valve under 50Hz power condition. Real production of machine will have a little change according to the change of water temperature and ambient temperature.
